Most agencies won't tell you what anything costs until you've sat through a meeting. I'd rather you knew up front.

Below are the fixed-price website packages (from £895), what each one includes, and what custom software and business systems work typically starts at. If your project doesn't fit neatly into any of them, that's normal - get in touch and I'll quote it properly.

How It Works

How Pricing Works

Website packages are fixed price

The figure quoted is what you pay, provided the project stays within the scope listed. Every package includes mobile-friendly design, SEO set-up and 30 days of support after launch. After that, Hosting & Care (£59/month, 12-month minimum) covers hosting, security, backups and updates. Changes to your site's content are charged at £75/hour, and I'll always tell you the cost first. Copy and images are supplied by you - if you'd like those written or produced, that's quoted separately and I'll tell you the cost before starting.

Revisions are included, within reason

You get two rounds of revisions on Starter, three on Growth and four on Bespoke. Changing your mind is part of the process and I'd always rather you said so than lived with something you didn't like. What gets quoted separately is genuinely new work - extra pages, extra features, a change of direction after sign-off.

Custom software is scoped individually

Bespoke applications, databases, integrations and automation can't sensibly be priced from a list, because no two are alike. The figure shown is a realistic starting point rather than a headline. I'll scope your project properly, tell you what it involves and quote a fixed price before any work begins.

What affects the price

Within the website packages, the things that move the figure are: the number of pages, how complex the design is, whether you need a logo or custom graphics, whether content needs writing, e-commerce functionality, custom integrations, advanced SEO and email hosting. If any of those apply I'll tell you the cost before starting, not afterwards.

How long it takes

The Starter package typically runs four to six weeks from initial consultation to launch. Larger sites, e-commerce and custom web applications take longer, and I'll give you a realistic timescale with the quote. Some custom work that sits alongside an existing website can be done in a couple of weeks - it depends entirely on the project.

Paying for your website

Website packages are paid 50% to start and 50% when your site goes live. Once it's live, the site is yours. I host what I build, so I can keep it secure and fix anything that goes wrong - Hosting & Care is included for a minimum of 12 months from launch (£59/month, or £590 if paid annually), then continues month to month with 30 days' notice. If you ever move on, you'll get a full copy of your website to take with you.

You'll always have the scope, the price and the timescale in writing before I start. No hourly creep, no invoices that arrive larger than expected.

How long does it take to complete a website design?

The timeline depends on the complexity and size of the project. The Basic website design package typically takes 2-4 weeks from initial consultation to completion.  More complex projects, such as custom web applications or e-commerce sites may take longer.  That said, some custom application in addition to your current website can only take a few weeks, it all depends on the project.
